Terms of service

Booking slots:

Design slots are not held without payment being made. No booking is secured until the invoice has been paid and all requested content & information has been provided.

Revisions:

Each design is done based on your requests and answers when booking in. Each design includes 3 FREE revisions included in the price. Any other revisions are subject to be invoiced additionally, this will be communicated beforehand.

Late payments:

Should any work be invoiced after the work has been done, payment is expected to be made when the invoice is issued. Should this not be received within 3 days this may be subject to late payment interest being added.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of LivDigitally’s services, once payment has been made & design work has begun we are unable to offer refunds.

Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, information, and assets necessary for the project.

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

Respect:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespectful or abusive language on all platforms. Clients are expected to communicate professionally, avoiding offensive language, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Violations of this policy may result in a permanent ban from our services, depending on the severity.

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final approved design. The client acknowledges and agrees that elements, graphics, or components created by LivDigitally are intended solely for use within the context of the delivered design.

Clients are strictly prohibited from removing, extracting, or reusing individual elements for other purposes.

Liv Digitally retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or promotional materials.

When booking with Liv Digitally you are agreeing to all of these above terms.
